   I have watched Martha each week now and I do like the show. However, I do think they have done the appretice hopefuls a disservice by making them remain on the same team from the beginning. A word of wisdom to the creative team: It’s NOT about YOU! When you have a project to do, think about the people you will touch with that project! They are real people! They are not a “market study group”. The little kids and their parents that were listening to your story were real people who cared about what they were hearing. They were looking for a good message. The floral project should not been about selling flowers but about people buying flowers. Stop looking for the bottom line and start opening yourselves to the lessons you can learn from all the people you and your team will reach. Martha keeps telling you all that she does not want anyone to “fake it”. The public can sense nonauthenticity. Each of you obviously have dreams and values that have helped you achieve goals and to get you where you are. Now that you are there, do ot drop those dreams nor those values! Integrate them into what you are doing. Be kind to the other people on your team and show respect at all times. Your passion will catch on! Your team looks at you and wants to see someone who is disciplined and who is not just trying to “get the job done” Be someone who is trying to accomplish something you believe in! Sacrifice yourself for the team, not to be a martyr but to set an example that you are willing to invest in a plan with your whole self. When it all comes down, people want to believe that you cared about what you did. That you put your heart and soul into it and did not sell out just to get by. Remind yourself that despite those who would try to tell you otherwise, true fullfillment comes from what you can give to others, not what you grab for yourself!

   I hate Alexis and I think that the show is trying to make Martha look like a nice person WHICH WE ALL KNOW SHE IS NOT. Alexis hated her mother for years and now is just collecting cash to make up for the ice-b8tch mother who abused her for so long. I think Alexis is scared spitless of the old b8tch and just wants the money and fame. I agree she comes off as stupid and thick.     NEW YORK — Before her version of “The Apprentice” began, Martha Stewart thought she was saying “you’re fired” to Donald Trump.

    While “The Apprentice: Martha Stewart” hasn’t done well in the ratings, Stewart initially had much higher hopes — even that her NBC show would eclipse Trump’s original.

    “I thought I was replacing The Donald,” Stewart says in the Nov. 14 issue of Fortune magazine, on newsstands Nov. 7. “It was even discussed that I would be firing The Donald on the first show.”

    When did Trump learn that she intended to bump him off his own show? “I don’t think he ever knew,” Stewart tells the magazine.

    Instead, Trump remained for a fourth season, and he has recently suggested that his show has been diminished by Stewart’s. Trump’s “Apprentice” has been averaging around 10 million viewers a week, down 4 million from last season. Stewart’s “Apprentice” is drawing closer to 7 million viewers.

    “I think there was confusion between Martha’s `Apprentice’ and mine, and mine continues to do well and … the other has struggled very severely,” Trump said recently on a radio program. “I think it probably hurt mine and I sort of predicted that it would.”

    Stewart also reveals in Fortune another unrealized business plan: to buy Kmart. In 2002, while the retail giant was going bankrupt, Stewart floated the idea — dubbed “Kmartha” — of buying the company, which sells her Martha Stewart Everyday brand.

    Stewart, 64, also says she plans to sell Turkey Hill, her famous Westport, Conn., home. “I hardly ever go there anymore. I don’t miss it.”

    After serving five months in jail for lying about a 2001 stock sale, which was followed by nearly six months of house arrest, the lifestyle guru says she feels resilient.

    “I have learned that I really cannot be destroyed.”

    I love Martha. I love the show. I think she has a very sweet way about her, she just doesn’t take a lot of crap. Independence allows you the privilege to be bold and strong.     The opinion many of you expressed was rude and appears to me many of you have an attitude. I feel Martha Stewart, is a real nice person, and all of her programs that I have seen were entertaining and helpfull. Of course many of you appear to prefer the Jerry Springer Show. A lot depends on your personality and family training.
