Big Brother All Stars: The Season of Stupidity

Boy, I really have mixed feelings about this seasons Big Brother 7: All-Stars. On the one hand I am totally into it and have enjoyed the past 3 episodes. On the other hand the show is going in a direction that isn’t exactly my idea of fun to watch. In fact sometimes it even hurts to watch.

The king is a coward!

Before I get into that, let’s backtrack a bit and catch up on this season of Big Brother 7 All Stars!

7-6-06 Big Brother 7 All Stars Season Opener – Episode 1 where we discovered who was on the show. Other than missing Lisa (my dream girl) I can’t say I am at all disappointed with the lineup. They added an extra 2 slots which is nice. Ironically my buddy Marcellas did not make the “most popular” as voted by America. It looked like he was going to lose his lunch when he realized he could no longer say he was the most popular contestant in Big Brother history.

By the way Marcellas, I have enjoyed watching you this year so far and have come to appreciate your style and demeanor. Either that or you have grown up and more interesting. Any way you look at it I would like to make peace with you brother! Good luck to ya Marcellas!

Jase and Janelle are cohos – CoHOHs – co-head-of-households. Janelle and Jase nominated Allison and Danielle. I was rooting for Danielle to get evicted as Allison seemed charming and pretty and oh, a bitch! She could be fun to watch as she seems to talk out loud. Danielle on the other hand seems more quiet and guarded.

7-11-06 Big Brother 7 All Stars Episode 2 – With the power of Veto up for grabs, one of my fave contestants Janelle won the power of Veto. They ended up leaving Danielle and Allison as the choices for eviction.

7-13-06 Big Brother 7 All Stars Episode 3 – it caught me off guard but it was sexy bitch Allison who ended up getting evicted. Too bad. She was growing on me. Smart, sassy and mean! She was fun! I would have much preferred Danielle to get the axe. Funny but Danielle really was shaken up as she expected that she’d get the boot. Her face was reminiscent of a deer caught in the headlights of a semi. In fact I think she may have been in shock. Good! She had never before been nominated and she needed to eat a little crow. Her ego is just too big for her head.

I the Head of Household Competition, more like a true false spelling bee than a competition by the way, we saw host Julie Chen blow it and mistakenly crown Nokomis as Head of Household. Someone must have been pinching Julie because after a delay she finally corrected herself and proclaimed Kaysar the winner.

And this is where it starts to get disappointing for me. The season 6 Big Brother people are all jumping for joy hugging and kissing Kaysar. Despite having strength the Season Six Alliance just laid all their cards on the table. Oh well.

7-16-06 Big Brother 7 All Stars Episode 4 Kaysar is the Head of Household and from the get go I must admit something made me mistrust him. I felt uneasy about his taking the throne.

Having the luxury of seeing things that Kaysar hasn’t it is possible he isn’t entirely in the know, but it is so apparent on TV that pale Dr. Will and Mike Boogie (Chilltown???) would love nothing more than to pull a Guantanamo Bay on Kaysar.

The obvious choice for Kaysar to put up for eviction would be Will and Boogie. That is what I am wanting at least… and also I am not alone! Many of Kaysar’s alliance feel that way. In the middle of all this is Jase who is playing all sides. Smart guy that Jase is. Right now I am putting my money on Jase as he has no targets on his back.

In what turns out to be a shocking development, Kaysar summons Will and Boogie into the HOH room and discusses a plan to take out the “floaters”. Huh??? What happened??? Kaysar makes a deal with the evil Doctor and the ass kissing Boogie… Kaysar says he’ll save them this week if they agree to take out floaters next week.

Well, I must admit I was shocked and dismayed but I was willing to give Kaysar the benefit of the doubt. But as we TV viewers get to see the Chilltown smartasses are bad talking about Kaysar and are laughing all the way to the bank.

When all is said and done Nakomis and Diane are nominated. Not Dr. Will and Dumb Boogie!

That is so stupid! But like I said I was still giving Kaysar the benefit of the doubt.

Nakomis is my least favorite contestant, but what has happened is that Kaysar has lost my respect as a smart strategic player. He is afraid of the guys he should have marked for eviction and instead of seizing an opportunity he puts up two girls that had no ill wills towards him. That just isn’t smart!

7-18-06 Big Brother 7 All Stars Episode 5 I was so looking forward to watching but as we were reminded about how stupid Kaysar had become an ill feeling came over me. It was pretty apparent he made a bad move for himself and he was also screwing the season 6 alliance who would get blowback from this stupid deal Kaysar struck.

Dian and Nakomis are just too weak to be considered threats… and who exactly are “floaters” that Kaysar wants will and Boogie to take out next time??? Does Kaysar think he’ll actually have any input??? Dumb dumb dumb!

The crew tries to take Kaysar to the side and convince him the power of veto should be used to take off either Diane or Nakomis so they can backdoor Will or Boogie. You can tell Kaysar doesn’t agree but he is now shifty in how he is responding. I am getting more and more upset about Kaysar losing this opportunity. He has lost my respect and also the other houseguests.

I can’t imagine that he can recover and keep himself in the game any longer than a week or two after making such a strategic blunder. He has a target on his back and he is now a liability for the season six alliance and that Marcellas guy (who is making a lot of sense these days by the way – you go Marcellas!)

It turns out that Erika wins the Power of Veto and can make a contribution but as she is in love with Kaysar she opted to not rock the boat and left both Diane and Nakomis up for eviction.

Well… so much for this being an exciting season. The all stars are wimps and the game playing is grade school level, not major league like it should be. I may be wrong and will be willing to eat crow if Kaysar comes out of this alive but he has just shifted the power away from his group.

I’ll try to keep an open mind but I hope that Janelle, Howie and Marcellas and oh James do something smart and dump their alliance with Kaysar. He is dangerous for them to be affiliated with.

Next episode we’ll find out WHO will get evicted and who wins next head of household. Even though I hate the Chilltown boys I hope it is Will or Boogie and I hope they go after Kaysar. He deserves it.

I don’t know why people don’t realize the obvious…CBS put Kaysar in BB6 and manipulated the public so that they could say “Look…he’s an Iraqi and America loves him.” He’s proven not once, not twice, but three times that he’s a stupid player, yet CBS keeps putting the “American loves the Iraqi” spin on it. Wise up America…he shouldn’t be loved, he should be pitied.

It pains me to say this but the Season 6 alliance has turned into the “Friendship” alliance. I’m hoping that someone other than a “Sea-Six” member wins HoH tonight and puts Kaysar up. As much as I like the guy, he is playing the game like a wimp.

I agree with almost everything you’ve said, except: Kaysar could be thinking that having these 2 very likeable girls, although non-threatening, in the house could cause problems down the road. Both girls are easy to get along with and easy to talk to. So, if Kaysar didn’t put them up, they probably would have been safe for the next few weeks. Diane is very susceptable to influence from the other house members. Nakomis thinks she’s above anyone else’s influence, but we’ve seen how easily she can be manipulated. So maybe, Kaysar’s choices this week go deeper than “picking off the floaters”. I don’t know, we’ll just have to wait and see how this turns out.

Diane (who the heck voted her back?)met with Jase & Chilltown before the show to form an alliance. So she’s not leaving. Kaysar (‘finger off the button’) has no strategy plan. It was Howie who suggested to him to remove the floaters like Nak/Diane. K should have convinced his latest squeeze to use the Veto to remove Nak and put up Will (just like he offered). Marc, James & Janelle once again make the most sense.

Whether it worked or not, Kaysars plan was actually more clever than people seem to realize. Everyone dislikes and distrusts Will and Boogie. While anyone else in the house will still most likely be gunning for Season 6 since they have the numbers, Chill Town is the only other target in the house. By leaving them in the house he is leaving another potential target for someone to decide may be the bigger threat. Also, by meeting with Will and Boogie he made it seem that they had made an alliance with Kaysar. At one point on Monday, Will actually said to Boogie that he did not know how Season 6 had done it, but everyone blamed them for everything that had happened this week. Kaysar said to his own alliance that he did not expect Will & Boogie to honor the agreement to put up floaters, but if they did it would be great, if they did not Season 6 was going up anyway so they lost nothing. Will & Mike are duplicitous, evil schemers, but they are not any stronger than anyone else in the house, especially in competitions. Diane is a loose cannon who everyone feels sorry for and Nakomis has proven that she can compete quite hard in mental challenges and is almost as sneaky as Kaysar when it comes to strategy. THe only mistake Kaysar has made in the past (last year) is trusting the wrong person (Jennifer) and not trusting James, who is a liar, but other than conversations had never actually voted or acted negatively against anyone on his team. In any case, this week has been a roller coaster ride, but at least Kaysar made it interesting. If Season 6 manages to get one more week in power, Will or Mike are almost certainly going home. If not, they still got things off to one hell of a start!!

Are you all completely daft, Ope your eyes the eye is playing the game with with strategy we would all like to see “still clowns” put up on the block, but what would that do for Kaysar, This game is for each and every person in that house ton watch there own backs. Him Putting up the crybaby and the butt ugly Nak is justifiable, If he was to put up Will or Booger he would for sure have the knife in the back next HOH, Put up two crappy player. get ride of one let the next head of household get the brunt of his action. Was the house go at it trying to pick on of the morons for eviction.Smooth move Kaysar..I am with you on this one bud. Next move get rid of Jase.

    Play on player.

I knew Kaysar was indeed as dumb as a camel from last year’s initial decision. No reason to suspect he’s changed. I guess the most disappointing thing is Janelle doesn’t take charge of the SOV. So … remember the point where the game was BLOWN for the SOV, it occured right here with the second eviction!

I agree about kaysar. He is dumb dumb dumb. 3 times dumb! I just hope his stupid mistakes do not come back to bite Janelle, Howie, and James who are playing this game well. How can Kaysar trust the Chilltown alliance? He trusts the “untrustable”..He made that mistake last year, and he makes it again this year. I hope he gets booted early!

Seriously I know everyone hates Chilltown but I love them from Season 2! Honestly Will and Mike have both gotten uglier and more obnoxious but their goal is to have fun and stir up the house! I love them and I’m probably the only one in this world who does but i loved Season 2, it was amazing! Kaysar did make a dumb decision and for those of you who say that Chilltown’s the only other target in the house…that’s so dumb! Almost everyone else in the house is against BB6! So it would just make sense to get rid of this well established threat now. I hate Janelle…even though she grew up in Grand Rapids, MN–represent! Kaysar’s not a very smart player…Howie’s just weird…and James is kinda growing on me a little but it seems like everyone that’s watching Big Brother All Stars are BB6 fans! Anyone else think its a coincidence that America loves the people from the season that was just on last year? Of course BB6 is gonna be loved…I mean 4 outta 8 of America’s choices were from BB6. I only watched the first couple of seasons and I think it just sucks that America loves BB6 and hates Chilltown and everyone else in the house…Plus I gotta say that besides the slop, everything from Big Brother has just gotten bigger and better…no more cots or sleeping bags, awesome HOH rooms, they’ve added POV…they’ve made everything better from the first couple of seasons…really that had no relevance whatsoever but commenting on thoughts…

I disagree, anyone that thinks that Nakomis and Diane are not dangerous and a risk to keep on, is out of their mind.

Dr. Will and Mike Boogie are obvious, everyone from every season knows they are manipulative and not to be trusted, just like Danielle and James and Jase.

Keysar was smart in taking out Nakomis now! then later.

I thought it was priceless when Will called out Keysar and said that nobody wanted to see Diane and Nakomis go.

Keysar simply asked the whole group, then who do they suggest. If you notice no one answered. A big shot Mike and Will were dumbfounded.

There is nothing stupid about Keysar, his whole aim was to see were everyone stood in alliances. Up until that point nobody really showed themselves, everyone was playing ” on guard” and the game of silence!

Further, Nakomis did go to bb6 and try to please her case, she did say she had played the game sloppy! and she did say! that if she got hoh she would go after bb6.

Diane is manipulative like alison she uses her sexuality to sway votes!

Keysar was very smart, he struck first and divided the forces.
