  1. Saunas have been used for generation as a means of relaxation. It has been shown to be beneficial to the release stress and tensions, helping the body relax from a grueling day. Sauna sessions are usually short and a 20 minute session can do wonders to your health

2. One of the greatest benefits from sauna sessions is that it helps in finding relief from head and chest colds by improving sinuses and chest passages, making breathing easier. Usually a few sessions a week can often heal colds completely.

3. One of the most effective ways of fighting insomnia without is by taking a half hour or so of sauna sessions that will allow you to relax, and make it very easy for you to doze off

4. There are many different types of saunas, however the overall effect is to generate heat and help the body to sweat. Infrared saunas use infrared lamps for heating, producing a mixture of near infrared, middle and some far infrared light. Far infrared saunas produce heating by emitting far infrared light, and conventional saunas use electric or wood fires that heat stones which produce steam when water is thrown on them.
